D E S I G N
Can I request for a design to be remade?
Currently, my goal is to create unique pieces that only you would own. Thus, I would not be able to remake any sold designs. However, if you love something let me know and I'd love to see if I create a custom piece for you using that piece as inspiration! 

Why only one piece per design?
As a small business I'm conscious of the environmental impact of creating any phsyical product. I'd love for the work I create to be consumed mindfully. I believe by limiting each design to only one piece I'm able to design with the specific materials I've sourced or am inspired by. Reducing the amount of materials I keep in inventory and consume. Additionally, I love irregular pearls and gems and often only have one available to a given piece.

How do I request a custom design?
It is early days but that doesn't mean I'm not open to taking on custom design requests. Simply contact me via the contact page or dm me on instagram @violore_ with your design idea/request, budget and I'm happy to discuss. 
Please be aware I may not accept the request due to various reasons. But I will always do my best.

M A T E R I A L S
What metal do you use for the chainmail?
I use 100% stainless steel for all the metal components unless otherwise stated. This is to ensure the durability and longevity of your piece.

Do you use real pearls? 
Yes, all the pearls I use are freshwater pearls.

How do I care for my piece?
Depending on your piece the best practice is to clean the stainless steel with a soft bristle brush and warm mild soapy water. Rinsing off all the soap residue before drying with a clean towel removing as much water as possible. Then, allowing to air dry. 

If your piece has any pearls please follow typical care instructions for them. Such as avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and other cosmetics. Limit exporsure to water, excessive sunlight and abrasive materials. For regular care, gently wipe pearls with a clean soft towel to remove any oils.  For deeper cleaning, with a soft cloth dampened in mild soapy water gently wipe the pearls to remove dirt and oils. Wash off the soap residue, gently remove the excess water with a clean soft towel and allow to air dry.
